Professor and Director of MCB Global Programs at the Monfort College of Business. Hans forskning fokuserar på hur handelskulturen påverkar vårt köpbeteende.

- I chose to become a visiting professor with this program for two reasons.  First, because it represents an opportunity to globally connect and have an impact on the future of business and research.  Second, the faculty, administrators and staff at both Skovde and Boras are wonderful people to work with and collaborate with.

Professor Celeste Wilderom

Professor Celeste Wilderom

Professor i Change Management/Organizational Behavior, University of Twente

In trying to add value to customers’ lives, enterprise stakeholders (i.e., owners, managers and employees) behave not always in ways that benefit them all. Identifying blind or unwise behavioral spots of such actors within organizations is of importance to those who have the healthy continuity of firms at heart. In enterprises some of those perennial organization-behavioral challenges must be addressed on time, and various change-management interventions are available or being invented for this purpose. It is to this body of practically-relevant academic knowledge that prof. Wilderom aims to contribute with her research. Her current and past studies match very well with that of the Organizational-Behavioral (O.B.) scholars within Skovde’s Enterprise for the Future center.

"Thus far, I find our cooperation refreshing, while in many ways Swedish and Dutch firm and university cultures do look alike. Please, try to get these promising O.B. scholars in Skovde some more research time, so that they and their students are better enabled to flourish, as intended, and the enterprises for which they (will) work as well."
