Dr. Lundell presented research results concerning use of open standards in ICT public procurement in an online webinar promoted by the European Commission as part of Action 23 in the Digital Agenda for Europe on 9 September. Specifically, the presentation was focused on how to use standards in public procurement and how to avoid lock-in.
