Researchers from the ORIOS-project participated in Open World Forum 2014 in Paris. In a session covering open standards in public procurement and how to avoid lock-in when building open ICT systems as part of a track on Legal and licensing aspects of Open Source. The track was initiated with a round-table discussing with the three panellists (see photo).
