The course Academic Problem Identification in Production within Media,is part of the master program for Media Arts, Aesthetics And Narration. It is based on knowledge and experience from the previous two courses, “Narrative in New Media as an Area of Research”and, “Academic Perspectives on Digital Narration and Transmedia”. A project based on the requirements and objectives from a client is carried out within the course. The student defines and utilizes the possibilities that digital technology entails to solve a problem in the project. The course contains methods for analyzing the client's wishes and realization of them in a production design and prototype.
