Registration
You will need to register for the study programme before the programme starts to keep your place on the study programme.
To be able to register you must first create and activate your student account.
The registration for master and bachelor students admitted via UniversityAdmissions.se is made in person when you arrive in Skövde between August 26–30: his.se/en/education/newly-admitted/registration

If you cannot come to the First programme meeting, please contact me via e-mail for another arrangement; otherwise you risk losing your place.
Programme Introduction
The programme starts on Monday, September 2, 2024, and the programme introduction will take place at 10:15 to 12:00 in room A201 (house A). N.B. The international introduction starts on August 26. The schedule is available on the International Introduction page.
The day continues with a campus tour together with mentors from 13:15 to 15:00.
During the programme introduction, attendance will be checked, and you will receive some basic information about your programme, the university, and other necessary practical information regarding your studies. During the programme start and the first introduction week, you will also be welcomed to the university by the Vice-Chancellor and other staff who will support you during your studies. You will also get to know the other programme students.
Independent Studies
University studies involve both great freedom and great responsibility. The schedule for teacher-led instruction often varies from course to course and week to week. You are expected to plan and organize your studies, especially during non-teacher-led time, so that the total study time corresponds to full-time work. Your studies and study results rest largely on your own responsibility, and we at the university do our best to offer you good teaching and a pleasant study atmosphere so that you can succeed and enjoy your studies as much as possible.
