      The aim of the research project is to investigate whether digital tools offering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can be used to enhance interventions targeting individuals with risky alcohol use.

      The study seeks to explore how mobile phone-based follow-up and treatment can lead to a reduction in alcohol consumption among individuals with moderate to risky drinking habits. Data collection will be conducted through an application on the participants' mobile phones as well as biomarkers, focusing on healthy individuals aged 18–67.
