Entrepreneurial Resilience in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises During Multiple Crises

The purpose of the project is to develop knowledge about entrepreneurial resilience in small and medium-sized enterprisesin the context of managing multiple crises.

The project intends to develop and test a conceptual framework that includes factors influencing ER (the entrepreneur, the company, and the environment) and demonstrates the effects of ER (survival, mergers, and bankruptcy).

The project plans to conduct a literature review, interview study, and survey study. It will deepen and broaden an ongoing project that examines ER in SMEs in Skaraborg during the COVID-19 pandemic by exploring ER in the context of multiple emerging crises affecting SMEs throughout Västra Götaland and Halland.
