I am a postdoc at the University of Skövde and part of the Translational Bioinformatics research group since January 2019.
I have a MSc in Medical Science from Uppsala University (2007) and several years of experience from human stem cell industry. During my PhD studies, I focused on bioinformatics and analysis of large-scale omics data generated from in vitro models from human pluripotent stem cells. I recieved my PhD from Gothenburg University in 2016.
My research is focused on single cell genomics, human pluripotent stem cells, and in vitro models for toxicity assessment and disease modeling.
